Philadelphia Fun

This is my Dad. It looks like he's falling in the air. He's really jumping down from a big hat. It's an extra large monopoly piece. I took that picture because my Dad couldn't take the picture because he is in the picture.

In this picture, I am saving my Daddy from big domino that's falling on him. I'm so strong that I can lift anything. Not really, that's just a joke! But I am getting stronger from massaging my Dad's back and practicing on the pull-up bar. My Dad is good at making scared faces. When I look at the picture, it looks like he's going to trip over the domino on the ground.

KK Montana

KK is my cousin. KK is good at doing cool poses. I'm good at things like drawing, painting and art and she does good at fashion and performing. I like things like practicing stretches but not really sports.

Sparkly Shoes and the Sunglass Kid

My Granny got me a beautiful pair of shoes and she got me a blue necklace to go with it. She's actually my Dad's grandma (so that makes her my great grandma). I really like the shoes because they are super sparkly. I could barely look at them in the sunlight because they are so bright, because the sun reflects off of them. I feel like a princess when I wear those sparkly shoes.
This is my brother Boaz when he's trying to be cool. I think he looks kind of silly. He was going to a 1st grade play and he wore his cool sunglasses. I thought his play was pretty neat, he sung about all kinds of holidays. His class did a song about Christopher Columbus and they wore little boat hats. But I don't think Columbus wore sunglasses.

Thanksgiving at Grandmom's

I gave my Grandmom some really silly earrings. My Grandmom said, "If you let me curl your hair, then I'll wear these earrings to church." I didn't let her curl my hair. So, she didn't go to church with the silly earrings. I love my Grandmom because she is silly sometimes.

In this picture it looks like my Grandpop is going to run my Grandmom over with the car. Grandmom pretended to look scared because she thought it would be a silly idea to make a picture like that. My Grandpop wouldn't really run my Grandmom over, but I like this picture because my Grandmom is silly and this picture is silly too.

This is me, Nandry, riding my bike. I can ride really fast and really slow. I learned how to ride just a couple weeks ago at our house in VA. This is my small, starter bike but now I have a new big one that my grandma brought home for me. My new bike is hard to ride because it has hand brakes and they are hard to pull so I can't stop as fast. I ride bikes with my friends from school and with Boaz.

Going to School

Here's me and my brother Boaz on our first day of school. We were waiting for the bus.

Nandry at the eye doctor's office.

I was trying on silly glasses before my eye exam. The doctor put drops in my eyes that made the pupils really really big. He said that my eyes were a gift from God because I can see really well.

This is a picture of me using an iron. You can see my new sewing machine in the background. I'm making a new dress and I'm using fabric that looks like African fabric but I got it at the store here in the United States. I have done almost all of it by myself.

My Grandmom is reading Junie B. Jones to us before we go to bed. Junie B. Jones is a book about a naughty little girl. One of the funny things she said was that a crib is a bed with bars on the sides sort of like a cage at the zoo except the baby doesn't pull you in and kill you!
